ما الذي يُحفظ ولماذا؟

يحفظ الحساب الاسم والبريد وبيانات الدخول اللازمة للمصادقة، وقياسات الضغط والسكر والتراكمي التي تدخلها. ويمكن إضافة أقسام صحية وأسرية واجتماعية وتواصل اختيارية بموافقة صريحة عند الحفظ.

المشاركة والحفظ

اختر بنفسك ما تنزله أو تشاركه. النسخ التي تنزلها تقع تحت تحكمك، وحذف الحساب لا يحذف النسخ التي حفظتها خارج الخدمة.

التصحيح والتصدير والحذف

سجّل الدخول.
صحح أو احذف القياسات والأقسام الاختيارية من حسابك.
استخدم تصدير بيانات الحساب لتنزيل نسخة JSON من بياناتك.
حذف الحساب يتطلب تأكيد كلمة المرور ويحذف البيانات المملوكة والجلسات ضمن العملية المحمية.

لا ترسل معلومات صحية في صفحة عامة، ولا تعتمد على التطبيق في حالة طارئة.

Sihatuk is a personal monitoring record, not an emergency, diagnosis, or treatment service. Account, reading, and optional profile data are owner-scoped and optional profile sections require explicit consent when saved.

You choose what to download or share. Copies saved outside the service remain under your control and are not deleted by account deletion.

Sign in to correct or delete readings, remove optional profile sections, export your account data, or permanently delete the account. Account deletion requires password confirmation and revokes owned sessions.

Do not post health information publicly and do not rely on the application for emergencies.
